

About
Bradley first started working as a chef in 1997 and has owned food businesses since 2004. He worked from a CDP in fine dining to executive chef of a hotel, he has worked in Australia, South Korea and Canada.
In 2010 he started a company called ChefHire, a labour hire and recruitment company for chefs and hospitality staff. What started as a small local business in Perth quickly grew to a national company employing hundreds of chefs and turning over in excess of $20million. During this time Bradley worked as a consultant chef helping venues across the country managing kitchens as well as doing private dining experiences for clients and
More recently he started a burger shop in Seminyak in Bali called Backhouse Burger, offering premium burgers, ground fresh on site using Australian beef.
